it reorganizes who decides \u2014 and who is decided for.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9671\" data-end=\"9801\">Authority once came from revelation.<br data-start=\"9707\" data-end=\"9710\" \/>Then from power or social contract.<br data-start=\"9745\" data-end=\"9748\" \/>Today, legitimacy increasingly comes from efficiency.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9803\" data-end=\"9868\">The question shifts from \u201cWhat is right?\u201d<br data-start=\"9844\" data-end=\"9847\" \/>to \u201cWhat is optimal?\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9870\" data-end=\"9966\">When values are reduced to optimization equations, authority shifts from moral to computational.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9968\" data-end=\"10091\">There is no dramatic machine rebellion.<br data-start=\"10007\" data-end=\"10010\" \/>There are systems executing human-defined goals at speeds beyond human oversight.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"10093\" data-end=\"10163\">Financial systems.<br data-start=\"10111\" data-end=\"10114\" \/>News algorithms.<br data-start=\"10130\" data-end=\"10133\" \/>AI in healthcare and security.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"10165\" data-end=\"10236\">When decision authority shifts to systems, optimization becomes sacred.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"10238\" data-end=\"10327\">Every civilization chooses its supreme value.<br data-start=\"10283\" data-end=\"10286\" \/>Today, it may be continuous optimization.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"10329\" data-end=\"10413\">The danger is not machine rebellion, but human abdication of ethical responsibility.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"10415\" data-end=\"10501\">If morality becomes a function, compassion may disappear because it is not measurable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"10503\" data-end=\"10546\">Technology is not destiny \u2014 it is a mirror.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"10548\" data-end=\"10597\">The real divide may not be human vs machine, but:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"10599\" data-end=\"10661\">\n<li data-start=\"10599\" data-end=\"10632\">\n<p data-start=\"10601\" data-end=\"10632\">Those who write the algorithm<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"10633\" data-end=\"10661\">\n<p data-start=\"10635\" data-end=\"10661\">Those who live inside it<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"10663\" data-end=\"10735\">Not military power \u2014 but computational power and digital infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"10737\" data-end=\"10800\">We do not want to stop progress.<br data-start=\"10769\" data-end=\"10772\" \/>Nor surrender to it blindly.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"10802\" data-end=\"10810\">We need:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"10812\" data-end=\"10982\">\n<li data-start=\"10812\" data-end=\"10845\">\n<p data-start=\"10814\" data-end=\"10845\">Global AI governance dialogue<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"10846\" data-end=\"10887\">\n<p data-start=\"10848\" data-end=\"10887\">Redefinition of digital-era authority<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"10888\" data-end=\"10926\">\n<p data-start=\"10890\" data-end=\"10926\">Embedding human values into design<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"10927\" data-end=\"10982\">\n<p data-start=\"10929\" data-end=\"10982\">Education empowering understanding, not consumption<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"10984\" data-end=\"11039\">The future is not a battle between humans and machines.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"11041\" data-end=\"11129\">It is a test of whether humans remain partners in shaping their own reference framework.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"11131\" data-end=\"11277\">If authority remains concentrated, hierarchy may deepen.<br data-start=\"11187\" data-end=\"11190\" \/>If technology becomes a collective human project, it may liberate rather than dominate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"11279\" data-end=\"11372\">The problem is not that development happens \u2014<br data-start=\"11324\" data-end=\"11327\" \/>but that its speed now exceeds our awareness.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"11374\" data-end=\"11429\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">And history does not wait for those who delay thinking.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every major power reshaping humanity has been more than a tool. He was against extending the state of emergency and objected to the National Democratic Party's unilateral constitutional amendments during the January 25, 2011 revolution. He played a very important political role when he defended, from the very first beginning of the revolution, the demonstrators' right to call for their demands. He called on the government to listen and respond to their demands. Consequently and due to Dr. Badrawi's popularity, Mubarak appointed him as the NDP Secretary General thus replacing the members of the Bureau of the Commission. During that time, Dr. Badrawi expressed his political opinion to Mubarak that he had to step down. He had to resign from the party after 5 days of his appointment on February 10 when he declared his political disagreement with the political leadership in dealing with the demonstrators who called for handing the power to the Muslim Brotherhood. Therefore, from the very first moment his stance was clear by rejecting a religion-based state which he considered as aiming to limit the Egyptians down to one trend. He considered deposed president Mohamed Morsi's decision to bring back the People's Assembly as a reinforcement of the US-supported dictatorship. He was among the first to denounce the incursion of Morsi's authority over the judicial authority, condemning the Brotherhood militias' blockade of the Supreme Constitutional Court. As a politician, Dr. Hossam Badrawi was known for his independent stances. His integrity won the consensus of all people from various political trends. During the era of former president Hosni Mubarak he was called The Rationalist in the National Democratic Party NDP because his political calls and demands were consistent to a great extent with calls for political and democratic reform in Egypt. He was against extending the state of emergency and objected to the National Democratic Party's unilateral constitutional amendments during the January 25, 2011 revolution. He played a very important political role when he defended, from the very first beginning of the revolution, the demonstrators' right to call for their demands. He called on the government to listen and respond to their demands. Consequently and due to Dr. Badrawi's popularity, Mubarak appointed him as the NDP Secretary General thus replacing the members of the Bureau of the Commission. During that time, Dr. Badrawi expressed his political opinion to Mubarak that he had to step down. He had to resign from the party after 5 days of his appointment on February 10 when he declared his political disagreement with the political leadership in dealing with the demonstrators who called for handing the power to the Muslim Brotherhood. Therefore, from the very first moment his stance was clear by rejecting a religion-based state which he considered as aiming to limit the Egyptians down to one trend. He considered deposed president Mohamed Morsi's decision to bring back the People's Assembly as a reinforcement of the US-supported dictatorship. He was among the first to denounce the incursion of Morsi's authority over the judicial authority, condemning the Brotherhood militias' blockade of the Supreme Constitutional Court.
