It is not just feasibility studies and calculations, and measuring the potential of the current snapshot in which we have reached our lowest levels.<br \/>\nRather, it is our dream&#8230;<br \/>\nLet me read to you a dialogue with young people that may express what is on my mind and on their minds:<br \/>\nDialogue with young people<br \/>\nI told them: Egypt is great and carries the genes of an accumulated civilization, and its people, with all their patience and obedience, are capable of changing course at critical moments in history.<br \/>\nThey told me: We don&#8217;t see that<br \/>\nI said: Egypt has a human wealth that is large in number and value, young in age, and young. This is a tremendous wealth capable of learning, training, acquiring knowledge, and creating opportunities. \u200f<br \/>\nThis human wealth is a curse if we leave it to random growth without sustainable development, and it is a limitless gift and opportunity if we prepare it well now, which is what we can do and implement.<br \/>\nThey told me: You have been saying the same things for years and do not implement what you say<br \/>\n\u200f<br \/>\nI said: I believe that building a self-confident Egyptian character, proud of its past and present, and possessing hope for its future is in our hands.<br \/>\nOne decade changes a lot&#8230;<br \/>\nThis is Egypt&#8217;s latent strength, and Egypt&#8217;s hope to face all challenges and use the opportunities and wealth that God has given us.<br \/>\n\u200f<br \/>\nWe have the largest historical reserve of world civilization. All we have to do is showcase it and benefit from it tourism and culturally to generate unprecedented economic wealth. But we know that it will not come about without services for visitors to Egypt, efficient management of roads, airports, ports, and means of transportation and training of human resources.<br \/>\nEgypt has 145 archaeological sites registered with UNESCO, three times the most archaeological countries in the world<br \/>\nTo the north we have the most beautiful beaches of the White Sea and to the east the unparalleled beaches of the Red Sea<br \/>\n3,200 kilometers of warm beaches on two seas, and a giant lake in the south, and it is possible that it will be the first in the world in terms of tourism and deservedly, not that it should sit in 34-36th place with a number of tourists that does not exceed 15 million tourists only. \u200f<br \/>\nWe own the most important waterway on Earth, the \u201cSuez Canal,\u201d which connects the north to the south and the east to the west. It was dug by our ancestors with their blood, and it is the waterway that supports Egypt\u2019s ingenious geographical location and could be the main development corridor in the country. \u200f<br \/>\n\u200f<br \/>\nEgypt possesses a wealth of gas under its land and in the depths of its seas, which may be an input to our future economy to extents that have not been reached before.<br \/>\n\u200f<br \/>\nEgypt has mineral resources in its lands, which are being discovered now and whose existence we did not know before.<br \/>\nEgypt has the largest commercial market in the Middle East, a force that attracts investment and opens horizons, but with rare incompetence we do not attract this investment or develop it..<br \/>\n\u200f<br \/>\nEgypt has bright sunshine most of the year and well-known wind sources, and it can produce enough clean energy for itself and even Europe as well.<br \/>\n\u200f<br \/>\nEgypt has a soft power of art, culture and knowledge. We must reopen the horizons for its launch and creativity again<br \/>\nEgypt&#8217;s soft power was the reason for its positive impact on those around it, and it still has the same potential if we lift the restrictions on it and remove the obstacles and censorship that stifle freedom of creativity. \u200f<br \/>\n\u200f<br \/>\nEgypt has a cultural reserve in the genes of its people, and latent capabilities in its youth and elders that do not need to be unleashed except to clean the rust off of it through education, culture, and the arts.<br \/>\n\u200f<br \/>\nMy words are not slogans, but they are scientific words that have a reference and methodology and are possible. \u200f<br \/>\nEgypt is strong and will become stronger, and we must join together to achieve this<br \/>\nThe sustainability of the implementation of future plans must be announced, have criteria by which achievement can be measured, and be established through participation between<br \/>\nwisdom of experience,<br \/>\nAnd the energy of youth<br \/>\nConscious leadership<br \/>\nThat creativity and innovation<br \/>\nIt only happens within a framework of freedom<br \/>\nHe gets lost in the chaos<br \/>\nHe is destroyed by the terror and stagnation of thought<br \/>\nBecause the visions of the future for any nation are intertwined, it is not possible to look at the Egypt of the future in part, but rather our vision for reform must encompass all its aspects at the same time.<br \/>\n\u200f<br \/>\nOur first job is to build capabilities, provide opportunities, and leave individuals the freedom to choose between multiple opportunities&#8230; with justice and equal rights. \u200f<br \/>\n\u200f<br \/>\nThe ability to choose is the topic of the hour<br \/>\nWe can turn every opportunity in front of us into a problem and a crisis, and see in every crisis we face new opportunities, and this will depend on our dealing with reality efficiently.<br \/>\n\u200f<br \/>\nJust as ideas are renewed, means must be renewed, and the spirit of reform in the new phase requires new mechanisms<br \/>\nEinstein, the outstanding genius scientist in the history of science, said, \u201cThe difficult problems we face cannot be solved by applying the same intellectual approach that we used when we created such problems.\u201d<br \/>\n\u200f<br \/>\nEgypt&#8217;s true wealth, throughout history, is in its citizens.<br \/>\nThe Egyptians created civilization.<br \/>\nThe people who started enlightenment in the modern era throughout the Middle East were the Egyptians.<br \/>\nWho rose from the disaster of 67 and liberated his land in 6 years<br \/>\nThey were Egyptians<br \/>\nWe will not allow the loss of our most important treasures.<br \/>\nThey are our children and youth<br \/>\nWhether by extremist thought<br \/>\nOr reactionary behavior<br \/>\nOr the absence of values<br \/>\nOr an unacceptable decline in their level of education<br \/>\nI do not hide from you that I often see a defeatist spirit and a reluctance to present ideas<br \/>\nAnd clouds of hope for the future<br \/>\nSometimes I see the limitations of dreams, because everyone is immersed in the challenges of the moment, and the problems of obtaining the base of the pyramid of needs for food, drink, housing, and security.<br \/>\nI believe that this is unhealthy and that our responsibility is to present ideas and provide alternatives tirelessly<br \/>\nKnowing that societies change with constant pressure to bring about change, and with the presence of dreams and hope<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Come to the dream<br \/>\nI see the people of Egypt as a happy and friendly future&#8230;<br \/>\nI see our children and youth as freely inventive and creative people. \u200f<br \/>\nI see people in Egypt living across its geography<br \/>\nPerennial for its deserts..<br \/>\nPreserving its heritage..<br \/>\nI see the end of poverty, in wealth and in thought, I see the re-flourishing of art<br \/>\nI see music in the clean streets, and tourism is thriving<br \/>\nI see Egypt as integrated with Africa and the world&#8230;<br \/>\nI see the youth of Egypt as possessing hope.<br \/>\nLooking forward to happiness,<br \/>\nUsing modern technologies<br \/>\nHe is surrounded by the values \u200b\u200bof freedom, honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, accuracy and efficiency<br \/>\nAdhering to his rights<br \/>\nSavoring the beauty around him<br \/>\nRespectful of those who are different from him<br \/>\nOpen He was against extending the state of emergency and objected to the National Democratic Party's unilateral constitutional amendments during the January 25, 2011 revolution. He played a very important political role when he defended, from the very first beginning of the revolution, the demonstrators' right to call for their demands. He called on the government to listen and respond to their demands. Consequently and due to Dr. Badrawi's popularity, Mubarak appointed him as the NDP Secretary General thus replacing the members of the Bureau of the Commission. During that time, Dr. Badrawi expressed his political opinion to Mubarak that he had to step down. He had to resign from the party after 5 days of his appointment on February 10 when he declared his political disagreement with the political leadership in dealing with the demonstrators who called for handing the power to the Muslim Brotherhood. Therefore, from the very first moment his stance was clear by rejecting a religion-based state which he considered as aiming to limit the Egyptians down to one trend. He considered deposed president Mohamed Morsi's decision to bring back the People's Assembly as a reinforcement of the US-supported dictatorship. He was among the first to denounce the incursion of Morsi's authority over the judicial authority, condemning the Brotherhood militias' blockade of the Supreme Constitutional Court. During the era of former president Hosni Mubarak he was called The Rationalist in the National Democratic Party NDP because his political calls and demands were consistent to a great extent with calls for political and democratic reform in Egypt. He was against extending the state of emergency and objected to the National Democratic Party's unilateral constitutional amendments during the January 25, 2011 revolution. He played a very important political role when he defended, from the very first beginning of the revolution, the demonstrators' right to call for their demands. He called on the government to listen and respond to their demands. Consequently and due to Dr. Badrawi's popularity, Mubarak appointed him as the NDP Secretary General thus replacing the members of the Bureau of the Commission. During that time, Dr. Badrawi expressed his political opinion to Mubarak that he had to step down. He had to resign from the party after 5 days of his appointment on February 10 when he declared his political disagreement with the political leadership in dealing with the demonstrators who called for handing the power to the Muslim Brotherhood. Therefore, from the very first moment his stance was clear by rejecting a religion-based state which he considered as aiming to limit the Egyptians down to one trend. He considered deposed president Mohamed Morsi's decision to bring back the People's Assembly as a reinforcement of the US-supported dictatorship. He was among the first to denounce the incursion of Morsi's authority over the judicial authority, condemning the Brotherhood militias' blockade of the Supreme Constitutional Court.
