Dad Badrawi delivers a speech at an international conference in the American capital, Washington

Dr. Hossam Badrawi, now in Washington, USA, will deliver his speech at the World Conference on Self-Management of Higher Education Institutions and How Civil Society Follows Its Performance at the invitation of the World Council for Quality Education. Dr. Hossam also discusses the role of governments and the country’s policies in organizing the self-management of universities without controlling the management mechanisms. The conference will also distribute a research paper by Dr. Badrawi on the role of universities in the industry of civilization in return for simply providing an educational service.
